- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped

Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Puerto Rico: 5–14 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. We only ship within the United States.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Destination
- Selected shipping method
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking number via email
- You can track your shipment through the courier’s website
5. Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Rocky Mountain Compounds is not responsible for:
- Lost packages marked as delivered
- Stolen packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
7. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
